Shipping Policy

At Wizkits, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment, on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery Times

• Netherlands: average 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Belgium & Germany: average 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Other countries: delivery times may vary
