🧴 Washing & Care Instructions
To ensure your nameset, patch, or detail lasts as long as possible, follow these care instructions:
- Wait 48 hours before first wash - This allows the transfer to fully bond with the fabric
- Hand wash preferred - For best longevity, hand wash your shirt
- Machine wash max 30°C - If using a washing machine, use cold water (max 30°C)
- Wash inside out - Always turn your shirt inside out before washing
- No tumble dryer - Air dry only, do not use a dryer
- No ironing directly on the transfer - If you need to iron, do it inside out or use a protective cloth
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take?
Average production time is 48 hours, after which your order will be shipped.
Can I apply the namesets myself?
Yes, but we strongly recommend using a professional heat press for the best results. Applying namesets is at your own risk. If you're not confident, we recommend having it done by a professional.
What materials do you use?
We use the same materials as the original printing:
- Flock for namesets that originally had flock
- Various materials (DTF, HTV, etc.) for patches and details, depending on the original
- All made with professional Sublistop film to prevent color bleeding
What is your return policy?
Our return policy applies only to non-personalized products. Custom namesets with your chosen name and number cannot be returned.
What if something goes wrong during application?
Application of namesets, patches, and details is at your own risk. We provide detailed instructions, but we cannot be held responsible for incorrect application. If you're unsure, please consult a professional.
Do I need to remove anything before applying?
Yes! Always remove the backing layer first so the sticky side of the transfer lies directly on your shirt.
Can you make any nameset for any shirt?
We can make namesets for most shirts, but:
- Very small or intricate details may not always be possible
- Metallic colors like shiny gold and silver cannot be produced
- Matte gold and silver ARE possible
